Taking it all the way back to 2012, Matalan was Lauren’s first design job!

Fresh out of university, Lauren landed her dream graduate job as Junior Artworker, where she created POS and designer look books for exclusive collections. Developing close working relationships with the whole team and beyond, Lauren took part in creative meetings and was encouraged to give her opinions and ideas, which was such a confidence booster! It was the role that started it all, and the huge learning curve into the world of professional design!
